What you will do
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries through email and Discord.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and educate users on AI product features.
- Record and communicate actionable product feedback to the internal team.
- Adapt to shifting schedules as the platform and support operations grow.
- Consistently meet performance targets in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Philippines.
- Perfectly fluent in English (C1).
- Prior experience in customer support or community management roles.
- Proficiency with Discord and ticketing tools like Zendesk or Intercom.
- Comfortable providing support for products featuring uncensored AI content.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to balance execution and planning.
