What you will do
- Serve as the primary advocate for enterprise accounts, managing contracts, SLAs, and customer education.
- Coordinate with Sales and Engineering to mitigate risks and ensure successful implementation.
- Cultivate relationships across all customer levels, from operational staff to senior leadership.
- Drive customer ROI by aligning product capabilities with specific business goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and handle escalations effectively.
- Identify and recommend product enhancements based on strategic customer needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years of experience in customer account relationship management.
- 5+ years in Enterprise Account Management within presales or post-sales.
- Strong presentation and communication skills for C-level stakeholders.
- Technical expertise in Contact Center, Telecommunications, Cloud, and Security.
- Ability to work in a matrix-reporting environment.
