What you will do
- Build a customer-first team of support consultants.
- Monitor and improve team performance daily, addressing performance gaps with action plans.
- Conduct performance reviews and team meetings to motivate and evaluate individual performance.
- Identify, hire, and train new team members for success.
- Collaborate with other teams to enhance customer experiences.
- Lead or participate in global projects, resolving conflicts and removing barriers.
Requirements
- Experience leading diverse, motivated teams.
- Experience working in Software or IT environments.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Foster a high-performance culture by aligning performance expectations with business goals.
- Communicate clearly and lead by example.
- Make timely, confident decisions based on data.
