What you will do
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email.
- Provide immediate resolution for basic technical issues.
- Collaborate with Senior Technical Support to address complex problems.
- Manage support tickets using Salesforce.
- Categorize technical issues and route them to appropriate teams.
Requirements
- Knowledge in a technical support, development, or operations role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and troubleshoot in high-pressure situations.
- Familiarity with Microsoft tools.
- IT course or degree in an IT-related field preferred.
