What you will do

  • Prospect, pitch, and close new business partnerships in the fitness and wellness industry.
  • Conduct daily field visits and attend local events to nurture relationships with community insiders.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Consistently achieve monthly acquisition quotas and performance metrics.
  • Track all activity, pipeline progress, and conversion targets within Salesforce.
  • Identify untapped local market opportunities that align with customer demand.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of outbound field sales experience.
  • Expertise in full-cycle sales methodologies and conversion optimization.
  • Strong B2B negotiation, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel 70–80% of the time, including day trips and overnight travel.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work autonomously as a local market expert.
