Location: Must be based in Cebu, Philippines.

What you will do
- Partner with sales, account management, and client relationship management teams to train employees on product updates.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Provide best practices to clients.
- Ensure excellent customer service and promptly address any concerns/complaints.
Requirements
- Requires 2 years minimum of related experience.
- Requires a bachelor’s degree.
- Basic HTML and CSS knowledge.
- Proficient in Office 365 - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organization and follow up skills.
- Excellent relationship building skills and ability to work both individually and as a member of a team are necessary.
Nice to have
- Salesforce experience is a plus.
