Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Manila, Philippines (Hybrid)

What you will do
- Respond to customer inquiries and schedule team meetings to provide timely solutions.
- Support customers during the onboarding process through resource education and training coordination.
- Collect and compile customer feedback to identify improvement trends.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with Sales, Renewals, Support, and Marketing teams to ensure cross-functional alignment.
- Assist in executing customer success initiatives and special projects.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Manila.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce, Gainsight, or NetSuite.
