TL;DR

Customer Success Intern: Assisting the Customer Success team in managing customer relationships, onboarding processes, and engagement metrics with an accent on providing timely support and gathering actionable feedback. Focus on collaborating with cross-functional teams and maintaining data accuracy within CRM systems to enhance the overall customer experience.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Manila, Philippines (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Respond to customer inquiries and schedule team meetings to provide timely solutions.
  • Support customers during the onboarding process through resource education and training coordination.
  • Collect and compile customer feedback to identify improvement trends.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Renewals, Support, and Marketing teams to ensure cross-functional alignment.
  • Assist in executing customer success initiatives and special projects.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Manila.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce, Gainsight, or NetSuite.
