What you will do

• Organize and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), collaborating with sales leadership to drive actionable insights.
• Plan and execute team All Hands meetings to ensure consistent communication of company priorities.
• Lead strategic project management initiatives across the organization and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Manage external communications and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and partners.
• Partner with global revenue leaders to monitor priorities, share best practices, and drive alignment.
• Conduct root-cause analysis for escalations and facilitate fast resolution for critical customer and prospect needs.

Requirements

• Must be based in Singapore
• Minimum 10+ years of general management experience, with at least 5 years in Chief of Staff, Corporate Strategy, Sales, Consulting, or Business Operations roles.
• Proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical, critical reasoning, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to demonstrate effective judgment and resilience under pressure.
