What you will do

• Define and execute an operations strategy to improve service delivery and scalability.
• Own key operational metrics including uptime, retention, and SLA performance.
• Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual workflows and increase reliability.
• Manage technology vendors, service providers, and third-party integrations.
• Oversee customer success, data services, and the end-to-end customer lifecycle.
• Support internationalization and compliance efforts, including GDPR and PCI standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in operations leadership within SaaS or technology environments.
• 5+ years leading senior teams and complex, cross-functional programs.
• Proven track record of scaling operations and implementing automation tools.
• Experience overseeing customer success, data migrations, and vendor management.
• Work authorization in the United States is required.
