What you will do

• Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams of over 30 professionals.
• Optimize workflows and processes across various departments.
• Collaborate with leadership to define strategies ensuring market profitability and budget attainment.
• Drive operational efficiency through the implementation of automation and technological tools.
• Integrate information systems and processes to strengthen overall execution.
• Direct the strategic course of key market-specific projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading commercial teams and middle management roles.
• Experience in high-paced environments such as startups or fintech.
• Advanced English level (C1).
• Proficiency in CRM platforms, Excel (pivot tables), and Tableau.
• Strong systems thinking mindset and experience in process architecture.
• Exposure to information systems and cloud-based operational tools.
