What you will do

• Lead technical onboarding of new institutions to the hirify.global platform.
• Manage infrastructure setup for clients, including provisioning SFTP servers and keypairs with Pulumi.
• Collaborate with bank IT teams to configure SSO in Auth0.
• Coordinate onboarding for third-party digital banking integrations.
• Own and improve public API documentation.
• Build tooling, dashboards, or internal features using Python, Retool, etc.

Requirements

• Engineering background with a CS degree or equivalent experience.
• Comfortable working with code and infrastructure.
• Excellent communicator who can guide clients through technical setup and translate their needs to the engineering team.
• Excited by the idea of improving the customer experience through a mix of software, process, and grit.
• Collaborative and fun to work with.

Nice to have

• Experience with tools like AWS, Auth0, Pulumi, Python, PostgreSQL, or Retool.
