What you will do

  • Lead a small team of Sr. Designers through complex omni-channel experiences.
  • Foster psychological safety, inspire ambition, and model design excellence.
  • Champion craft and product excellence through leading by example.
  • Enable customer-centric decision making, keeping small business owners at the heart of every decision.
  • Map and analyze current-state workflows to identify friction points, operational gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Build products that help wellness professionals thrive and encourage more people to get off their screens and into meaningful real-life experiences.

Requirements

  • You have at least 7+ years of product design experience including 1-2 years managing designers.
  • You have a portfolio demonstrating deep craft and end-to-end product thinking on complex systems and workflows.
  • Want to work in a player/coach role and continue owning design projects while leading a small team of talented designers.
  • You thrive on complexity and love to dive into broad, deep, and complex problem spaces.
  • You believe the line is blurry between product and design leadership and jump at opportunities to lead your cross-functional team through ambiguity.
  • Strong in product thinking: you can form rigorous hypotheses, influence team understanding, and spot new opportunities.
