What you will do

• Manage accounting operations, including general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Lead FP&A activities such as budgeting, scenario planning, and headcount management.
• Design and implement internal financial controls, including preparation for SOC 2 audits.
• Partner with the CEO to drive strategic financial planning and capital allocation.
• Develop financial models and dashboards to support organizational decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial insights with company growth objectives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
• Experience in a high-growth startup or fintech environment.
• Proven expertise in FP&A, headcount planning, and strategic finance.
• Deep knowledge of audits, reconciliations, and financial control environments.
• Demonstrated success in scaling finance operations and building teams.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Active accounting license such as CPA.
• Experience with multi-entity reporting and consolidation.
• Experience supporting corporate development, partnerships, or acquisitions.
