What you will do

• Manage service desk tickets and provide daily user support for hardware and software issues
• Prepare workstations for new employees and manage IT assets and stock
• Collaborate with IT sub-departments and procurement for delivery and logistics
• Negotiate with IT service providers and communicate with senior IT support engineers
• Resolve standard and escalated IT issues and study internal technical documentation

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Poland
• Technical knowledge of Windows 10+, Linux Ubuntu, macOS, Microsoft products, Active Directory, GPO, Network, and Google Apps
• Problem-solving skills with a client-oriented and diplomatic approach
• Understanding of ITIL principles and good communication skills
• Stress resistance and ability to remain calm in difficult situations
• English: Intermediate level or above required
