What you will do

• Provide first-level support for local and remote internal users via the helpdesk system.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software across various platforms.
• Proactively monitor IT assets and ensure adherence to infrastructure and security best practices.
• Liaise with vendors and other third parties.
• Educate internal users on IT systems, policies, and best practices.
• Provide out-of-office hours support through an on-call rotation system.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in an IT field.
• Minimum 1 year of IT Support experience.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Zejtun, Malta.

Nice to have

• Vendor certifications such as A+, CCNA, or ITIL.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows Servers, Virtualization, and Linux.
