What you will do
- Provide timely support for laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
- Manage hardware provisioning, including onboarding and off-boarding tasks.
- Monitor endpoint management systems and maintain core business tools like GSuite and Slack.
- Perform network troubleshooting and maintain A/V equipment in meeting rooms.
- Document technical procedures and track issues via the internal ticketing system.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of professional experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Business-level fluency (JLPT N1 or equivalent) in Japanese is required.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
- Familiarity with macOS, Windows, and Linux environments.
- Experience with identity platforms like Okta or Azure AD.
- Strong service-oriented communication skills.
Nice to have
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Experience with endpoint management tools like Kandji or Intune.
