What you will do

• Develop structured communication and activation plans for enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Translate complex technical changes into clear, actionable messaging for diverse stakeholders.
• Partner with executive sponsors and the Steering Committee to align strategy with communication output.
• Surface patterns of resistance or confusion across initiatives and refine activation strategies accordingly.
• Establish reusable communication frameworks, standards, and templates for the Business Transformation Office.
• Track engagement metrics and stakeholder feedback to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in communications, change management, or transformation roles.
• Strong strategic writing and storytelling abilities with executive presence.
• Ability to influence without formal authority and build cross-functional trust.
• Knowledge of change frameworks such as Kotter or Prosci.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Medical device or data industry experience.
• Active certification in Kotter or Prosci change management frameworks.
