Compensation: $75,000–$95,000

What you will do

• Facilitate live and virtual training sessions for new and experienced sales professionals.
• Teach mortgage fundamentals, Tinman workflows, and compliance basics.
• Coach sales production roles on objection handling, disclosures, and borrower engagement.
• Track trainee performance using KPIs like speed-to-competency and borrower satisfaction.
• Collaborate with peers to innovate training activities and assessments.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in mortgage, financial services, or learning and development.
• Strong public speaking and facilitation skills for both in-person and virtual settings.
• Basic understanding of the mortgage lifecycle.
• Ability to learn and master complex technical systems.
• Confidence in managing groups and energizing audiences.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with LOS platforms (Encompass, Blend, Optimal Blue, Melo, Salesforce).
• Background in corporate training, instructional design, or sales leadership.
• Relevant certifications such as ATD CPLP or coaching credentials.
