What you will do
- Design and develop structured, engaging eLearning course content in partnership with subject matter experts.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and establish design standards, completion records, and performance reporting.
- Create innovative training materials, including AI simulations, videos, and presentation assets.
- Educate and mentor peers on LMS usage and course authoring best practices.
- Collaborate with the Collections Training Manager to meet compliance and performance objectives.
- Support a dispersed field organization by adopting new training technologies and delivery mechanisms.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in instructional design or online course development.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Hands-on proficiency with tools such as Captivate, Articulate, Camtasia, Canva, Vyond, and Lessonly.
- Experience with LMS administration and video/multimedia production.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and simplify complex information for diverse learners.
- Strong portfolio showcasing instructional design, visual, and graphic design skills.

- Experience in complex operational or collection vendor networks.
