What you will do

• Deliver engaging live and virtual training sessions for both new hires and experienced sales staff.
• Coach sales production roles on essential skills including objection handling, disclosure management, and rate conversations.
• Teach mortgage lifecycle fundamentals, Tinman workflows, and compliance best practices.
• Monitor and report on trainee performance KPIs such as speed-to-competency and borrower satisfaction.
• Collaborate on the development of innovative roleplays, assessments, and training activities.
• Uphold team standards for integrity, mastery, and accountability.

Requirements

• Must have 2+ years of experience in mortgage, financial services, or professional learning and development.
• Proven ability to manage and energize groups through strong public speaking and facilitation.
• Basic understanding of the mortgage lifecycle or aptitude to master complex technical systems rapidly.
• Ability to work onsite in the Irving/Dallas, Texas area.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with industry platforms such as Encompass, Blend, Salesforce, or Optimal Blue.
• Background in corporate training, coaching, or instructional design.
• Sales training or customer-facing leadership experience.
• Professional certifications (e.g., ATD CPLP, SAFE Act, coaching credentials).
