What you will do

• Design and build business applications and automated workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Perform Dataverse analysis and develop business case architectural designs.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and product owners to deliver cloud-based automation solutions.
• Conduct paired programming and code reviews to maintain quality and best practices.
• Manage end-to-end implementation of innovative solutions addressing customer and business needs.
• Communicate progress and proactively address technical blocking issues.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in Charlotte, NC (Hybrid/Onsite).
• Significant professional experience in automation or software engineering (9+ years with HS diploma or 7+ years with Associate degree).
• Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, or equivalent platforms like UiPath or Blue Prism.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.
• Strong understanding of cloud and data center infrastructure, architectural design, and DevOps practices.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems and communicate effectively with business partners.
