What you will do

• Architect and lead customer migration to Source Format to enable AI cross-selling and retention goals.
• Develop scalable Salesforce applications using high-quality engineering practices and automated workflows.
• Identify and resolve technical debt and legacy code to support smooth architectural transitions.
• Design backend logic for Salesforce CPQ to support metered and consumption-based product offerings.
• Promote the use of AI tools and hirify.global AgentOps capabilities across internal development lifecycles.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Salesforce development including Apex, LWC, and SOQL.
• Proven experience with Salesforce CPQ and consumption-based product configuration.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Source Format (SFDX) and DevOps pipelines.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and agentic frameworks.
• Commitment to earning at least one new Salesforce or hirify.global certification per quarter.
• Must be able to work onsite in New Orleans, LA.
