What you will do

• Lead content production coordination from brief to publication while managing review workflows.
• Oversee multiple content projects by maintaining tracking systems and aligning timelines with product releases.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships, ensuring quality deliverables and budget tracking.
• Orchestrate digital program logistics, including customer-facing education delivery and internal documentation.
• Facilitate cross-team coordination as the operational liaison for the Customer Education team.
• Perform final quality assurance checks on content to ensure formatting, link accuracy, and accessibility.

Requirements

• College degree in information systems, business, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in information systems.
• At least 5 years of experience managing mid-sized projects.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with content production workflows and project management methodologies.

Nice to have

• Formal training or certification in project management.
• Prior experience with product design or system software practices used at hirify.global.
