TL;DR

Business Development Representative (BDR) (AI/Proptech): Driving high-volume outbound sales to identify and qualify prospects in the commercial real estate sector with an accent on high-frequency cold calling and multi-channel engagement. Focus on executing structured sequences, qualifying leads against defined ICP criteria, and booking meetings for Account Executives to build the foundational sales pipeline.

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 (OTE)

hirify.global is an AI-native enterprise software company automating document workflows for large-scale real estate investment managers.

What you will do

  • Execute 80+ outbound dials per day targeting commercial real estate CIOs and CTOs.
  • Manage structured multi-touch sequences including calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach via Apollo.io.
  • Qualify prospects against target account lists and hand off discovery meetings to Account Executives.
  • Maintain CRM data integrity by logging all activities and account research in HubSpot.
  • Iterate on outreach messaging based on conversion metrics and buyer persona feedback.
  • Analyze daily performance metrics to ensure quota attainment and strategic alignment.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a quota-carrying outbound sales or BDR role.
  • Proven track record of cold calling as a primary outreach channel.
  • Ability to thrive in high-volume phone work environments.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms for lead and activity tracking.
  • Strong communication skills for both verbal and written prospecting.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with the real estate industry.
  • Prior experience with Apollo.io for sequence management.
  • Experience selling technical or data-driven products to finance or real estate audiences.
  • Background in a startup environment.
