Salary: $90,000–$110,000 (OTE)

What you will do
- Execute 80+ outbound dials per day targeting commercial real estate CIOs and CTOs.
- Manage structured multi-touch sequences including calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach via Apollo.io.
- Qualify prospects against target account lists and hand off discovery meetings to Account Executives.
- Maintain CRM data integrity by logging all activities and account research in HubSpot.
- Iterate on outreach messaging based on conversion metrics and buyer persona feedback.
- Analyze daily performance metrics to ensure quota attainment and strategic alignment.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a quota-carrying outbound sales or BDR role.
- Proven track record of cold calling as a primary outreach channel.
- Ability to thrive in high-volume phone work environments.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms for lead and activity tracking.
- Strong communication skills for both verbal and written prospecting.

- Familiarity with the real estate industry.
- Prior experience with Apollo.io for sequence management.
- Experience selling technical or data-driven products to finance or real estate audiences.
- Background in a startup environment.
