Location: Must be based in Kyiv, Ukraine (Hybrid office work in UNIT.City)

What you will do

  • Provide efficient technical support for hirify.global hardware and software via phone, email, and online sessions.
  • Manage support cases by collecting relevant information according to established procedures.
  • Record and track all customer interactions accurately in the company CRM.
  • Interact with internal departments to escalate feedback and resolve complex issues.
  • Participate in occasional on-site events.

Requirements

  • Language proficiency: Fluency in French (B2+), Ukrainian, and Upper-Intermediate English.
  • Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
  • Residency in Kyiv or ability to commute to the office in UNIT.City for hybrid work.
