What you will do
- Communicate with global clients via phone and email.
- Advise clients on financial services and e-commerce solutions.
- Review e-commerce project applications and activate services.
- Perform identity verification and system registration for new clients.
- Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT to streamline routine daily tasks.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English, Russian, and Polish is required.
- Strong computer skills and fast typing speed.
- High level of attentiveness and thoroughness in data entry.
- Demonstrated experience and familiarity with AI tools.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in customer service.
