What you will do

• Deliver food and beverages to guests while providing personalized, professional service.
• Maintain seating areas by clearing and resetting tables promptly.
• Upsell menu items and provide suggestive service to enhance the guest experience.
• Manage special requests and birthday event logistics accurately.
• Ensure all food handling follows health safety, storage, and cross-contamination guidelines.
• Assist with storewide special events and supply stocking as needed.

Requirements

• Impeccable customer service skills and a friendly, positive demeanor.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong ability to handle challenging service situations professionally.
• Understanding of local and state health sanitation laws.

Nice to have

• ServSafe certification.
• 1 to 2 years of previous hospitality or service experience.
