What you will do

• Administer the company’s travel and business expense reimbursement program.
• Review expense reports for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Perform monthly close tasks and prepare journal entries with proper documentation.
• Maintain balance sheet reconciliation schedules and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Monitor accounts receivable, contact overdue accounts, and manage collection progress.
• Provide customer service to internal departments and handle inquiries from vendors and employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 0-2 years of experience in corporate accounting or public accounting.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel including pivot tables and look-ups.
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
