What you will do

• Perform bookkeeping functions for various entities using QuickBooks Online.
• Develop and produce financial and operational metrics for multiple entities.
• Implement and improve internal financial controls, policies, and processes.
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting tools and dashboards across entities.
• Lead preparation, consolidation, and analysis of financial statements.
• Support personal tax preparation and other ad hoc financial requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of progressive financial analysis or accounting experience, ideally with US-based companies.
• Mastery of QuickBooks Online (mandatory).
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced functions, scenario modeling).
• High attention to detail, active listening skills, ability to prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated absolute integrity and a proactive, eager-to-learn mindset.

Nice to have

• Extensive experience using QuickBooks Online for US-based companies.
• Experience with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Proven track record of implementing or improving financial dashboards, KPIs, and automated reporting systems.
