Key Responsibilities:
• Managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• Handling employee lifecycle activities (onboarding to exit)
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders and business teams
• Maintaining HR data and ensuring process compliance

• Prior experience in HR operations/recruitment
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
