What you will do

• Ship high-impact features and tooling across the hirify.global product suite.
• Build and maintain agent-facing tooling for protocols and APIs.
• Create working demos and prototypes showcasing end-to-end developer flows.
• Partner with internal teams to identify and automate workflows using AI.
• Operate autonomously across multiple workstreams to deliver production-ready software.
• Share AI-assisted development patterns and learnings with the broader engineering team.

Requirements

• Must be able to work within US time zones
• Demonstrated ability to build and ship production-quality software.
• Experience using AI-native development tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.
• Familiarity with agentic AI patterns including tool use, MCP, and LLM production integration.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating independent or professional software projects.
• Ability to work across the full stack and quickly learn unfamiliar codebases.

Nice to have

• Deep understanding of Bitcoin and the Lightning Network.
• Experience building developer-facing sample applications or technical content.
• Prior contributions to open source projects.
• Experience working in a small, high-growth startup environment.
