What you will do

• Provide administrative and client service support to Relationship Managers in the private banking division.
• Handle client enquiries, resolve issues, and process instructions efficiently.
• Monitor client account transactions and activities for accuracy.
• Maintain client data, reports, and documentation including contact lists and credit reviews.
• Support the preparation of presentations, correspondence, and meeting arrangements.
• Coordinate with product groups and operations to ensure regulatory and policy adherence.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in client servicing, operations, or sales support within financial institutions
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma from a reputable institution
• Proficiency in Japanese is required to support Japanese clients
• Strong understanding of financial products and services
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a resilient mindset
• Preferably CACS certified
