What you will do
- Provide administrative and client service support to Relationship Managers in the private banking division.
- Handle client enquiries, resolve issues, and process instructions efficiently.
- Monitor client account transactions and activities for accuracy.
- Maintain client data, reports, and documentation including contact lists and credit reviews.
- Support the preparation of presentations, correspondence, and meeting arrangements.
- Coordinate with product groups and operations to ensure regulatory and policy adherence.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in client servicing, operations, or sales support within financial institutions
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma from a reputable institution
- Proficiency in Japanese is required to support Japanese clients
- Strong understanding of financial products and services
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a resilient mindset
- Preferably CACS certified
