What you will do

  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of professional services consultants to excel in delivery.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to build strong customer relationships and expand the regional PS business.
  • Define, scope, and support the sale of strategic customer engagements.
  • Manage project delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, and resource utilization are optimized for success.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and success throughout Mainland China and Hong Kong.
  • Oversee services revenue, bookings forecasts, and regional performance.

Requirements

  • Experience managing Professional Services or Consulting teams within an enterprise software or SaaS company.
  • Strong background in project management and consulting delivery management.
  • Proven ability to lead selling and scoping activities for large-scale technology projects.
  • Experience as a direct line manager for geographically dispersed technical teams.
  • Expertise in customer relationship management, including handling escalations and executive steering.
  • Foundational knowledge of the data domain, distributed computing, hybrid cloud, and IT strategy.
