What you will do

• Facilitate end-to-end entity onboarding and lifecycle management for financial intermediaries and insurance brokers.
• Conduct periodic reviews of institutional service providers by preparing comprehensive review packs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including front office, legal, compliance, and product teams.
• Serve as the primary liaison for front-office inquiries regarding financial intermediaries and life insurance.
• Identify and implement service improvements to enhance the value proposition for institutional partners.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date bank records in alignment with internal policies.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in client servicing, compliance, or support within a financial or insurance institution.
• Strong understanding of banking regulations, compliance frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Solid analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven ability to build partnerships and function as an effective team player.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must be able to work onsite in Singapore.

Nice to have

• Practical experience with VBA.
• Knowledge of Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
