What you will do

• Architect high-performance infrastructure components using Rust.
• Build and optimize core runtime, networking, and state management systems.
• Profile system performance at both hardware and cluster scales.
• Debug complex race conditions and deadlocks in production environments.
• Contribute to architectural decision-making regarding system scalability and synchronization.
• Own systems from the initial design phase through to production deployment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of experience building systems-level or performance-critical software.
• Strong proficiency in systems programming and using AI tools to assist in development.
• Deep understanding of CPU architecture, cache hierarchy, OS internals, and concurrency.
• Experience with low-level storage, compute, or network infrastructure design.
• Strong intuition for balancing system complexity with robustness.
