What you will do
- Architect high-performance infrastructure components using Rust.
- Build and optimize core runtime, networking, and state management systems.
- Profile system performance at both hardware and cluster scales.
- Debug complex race conditions and deadlocks in production environments.
- Contribute to architectural decision-making regarding system scalability and synchronization.
- Own systems from the initial design phase through to production deployment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of experience building systems-level or performance-critical software.
- Strong proficiency in systems programming and using AI tools to assist in development.
- Deep understanding of CPU architecture, cache hierarchy, OS internals, and concurrency.
- Experience with low-level storage, compute, or network infrastructure design.
- Strong intuition for balancing system complexity with robustness.
