What you will do
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets by managing both inbound and outbound sales leads.
- Build and maintain strong, relationship-oriented partnerships with prospective students to understand their educational objectives.
- Leverage competitive market knowledge to present solutions, overcome objections, and drive enrollments.
- Utilize HubSpot CRM to manage sales pipelines, generate accurate forecasts, and maintain timely activity reports.
- Collaborate across internal teams, including customer support and technical support, to ensure a seamless service experience.
- Engage in continuous business development to identify new opportunities for product and service expansion.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of professional sales experience.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is strictly required.
- Strong presentation and customer-service-oriented communication skills.
- Proven ability in first-call closing and objection handling.
- Effective multitasking and time management capabilities.
