What you will do

• Prepare and facilitate weekly live, interactive virtual classes for cohorts of 10-15 candidates.
• Evaluate student assignments using rubrics and provide substantive feedback within 48 hours.
• Track candidate progress, attendance, and engagement within the learning platform.
• Act as a mentor and resource to provide guidance on course content and technology.
• Collaborate with other instructors to improve program delivery and monitor discussion forums.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher (doctorate required for teaching in the master’s program).
• Minimum of 3 years of highly effective teaching experience.
• Proven experience with online instruction and adult learning methodologies.
• Outstanding organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
• Adeptness in learning new technologies and systems in an autonomous work environment.
