What you will do

• Define and own the Marketing Cloud architecture roadmap to support digital transformation.
• Lead end-to-end implementation of Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Data Cloud.
• Architect robust integrations between Salesforce CRM and external systems using APIs.
• Introduce and leverage Generative AI for dynamic content generation and campaign optimization.
• Design data models and segmentation strategies ensuring compliance with global privacy regulations.
• Mentor developers and establish governance frameworks for coding standards and AI model ethics.

Requirements

• 7+ years in digital marketing technology with at least 5 years in Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture.
• Proven track record of leading enterprise-scale implementations.
• Expertise in AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, HTML/CSS, and API integrations.
• Strong understanding of data architecture and marketing automation best practices.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant and Architect certifications are strongly preferred.
