What you will do

• Drive data-driven decision-making for user growth across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization funnels.
• Design and evaluate structured A/B experiments to improve user conversion and engagement.
• Collaborate with transaction and product teams to identify growth opportunities and quantify impact.
• Translate data insights into actionable growth strategies rather than static dashboards.
• Work with AI teams to explore the application of machine learning models for user growth acceleration.
• Establish structured growth tracking frameworks and continuously refine KPIs.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of relevant work experience in Business Analysis, Growth, or Data Analytics.
• Strong business mindset with the ability to connect data insights to growth outcomes.
• Solid SQL experience with modern data stacks.
• Experience in designing and evaluating A/B tests for user growth initiatives.
• Familiarity with user segmentation, funnel analysis, and cohort analysis.
• Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English.

Nice to have

• Ability to leverage Python for data manipulation and visualization.
• Korean language proficiency.
• Interest in AI applications, predictive modeling, or automation in marketing.
