What you will do

• Lead worldwide analytical coverage and establish a commercially relevant research agenda for the advanced packaging industry.
• Develop and maintain complex market models for 2.5D, 3D integration, CoWoS, chiplets, FOWLP, and SiP, including capacity and revenue analysis.
• Conduct primary and secondary research to produce quantitative and qualitative analysis on current trends and future industry trajectories.
• Author expert reports and press materials that provide opinionated, solution-oriented perspectives on industry news.
• Partner with sales and product teams to generate leads and evolve the research offering based on customer needs.
• Represent the company at international industry events and engage with a network of senior industry players.

Requirements

• Leading industry knowledge of the advanced packaging semiconductor sector.
• Proven ability to write detailed, structured, and opinionated industry reports.
• Expertise in Excel database management and pivot tables for market sizing and projections.
• Established network of senior industry contacts for primary data gathering.
• Ability to travel internationally on a regular basis to meet clients and attend events.
• Strong communication skills for hosting customer briefings and leading calls with a global client base.
