What you will do

• Collaborate with Origination, Legal, and Risk teams to structure complex credit transactions.
• Monitor portfolio performance metrics and implement corrective actions for risk mitigation.
• Represent the company at industry events and communicate credit capabilities and differentiation.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in underwriting within private credit, banks, or debt funds.
• 10+ years of leadership experience managing multi-level teams.
• Proven analytical acumen in using portfolio performance metrics to drive strategic decisions.
• Strong expertise in capital structure, sponsor risk, and complex debt structuring.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
