What you will do

• Instruct pre-licensing, continuing education, and post-licensing courses according to established plans.
• Engage actively with students in physical classrooms and via virtual webinar environments.
• Utilize livestreaming technology to deliver high-quality online instruction.
• Provide real-world examples and strategies to assist students in meeting course objectives.
• Participate in faculty curriculum and operational meetings.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a licensed real estate salesperson, broker, or attorney.
• Active North Carolina real estate license required.
• State approval to teach pre-licensing, continuing education, and post-licensing courses.
• Ability to instruct onsite in Charlotte and via Zoom.
• Dedicated home office space with strong internet, HD camera, and microphone.
• Flexibility to teach morning, evening, and weekend classes.

Nice to have

• DREI certification.
• Previous formal instruction or training experience.
