What you will do

• Instruct assigned real estate courses following the provided curriculum and materials.
• Facilitate student learning through active engagement, answering questions, and providing industry insights.
• Deliver instruction in both physical onsite classrooms and via Zoom/livestreaming platforms.
• Guide students with effective strategies to meet course objectives and succeed in their certification path.
• Participate in faculty meetings and curriculum development sessions as needed.

Requirements

• Active real estate license (salesperson or broker) in Ohio is required.
• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience as a real estate salesperson, broker, or attorney.
• Ability to travel for onsite classroom instruction in Cleveland is required.
• Proficiency with webinar/livestreaming technology and online pedagogical tools.
• Access to a quiet, dedicated space with a high-definition camera, microphone, and stable internet.

Nice to have

• DREI certification.
• Prior experience in vocational instruction or professional training.
