What you will do

• Invent and build AI-first experiences where models and UX merge to improve care operations.
• Define product vision, write detailed specifications, and drive execution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and data science teams.
• Translate complex, ambiguous ideas into actionable strategy and simple product experiences.
• Own end-to-end outcomes, measuring adoption and real-world operational impact.
• Shadow users and participate directly in product testing to provide tactical feedback.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in New York City.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in product management or product design.
• Strong background in SaaS, AI, or data-rich systems.
• Builder’s mindset with an instinct for creating and prototyping features.
• Demonstrated ability to balance long-term strategy with execution and shipping precision.
• Obsession with user experience and simplifying complex system workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience shipping products where AI or data fundamentally changed existing workflows.
• Experience with prototyping tools like Replit or Loveable.
