What you will do

  • Drive revenue by consistently achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Guide prospective students through the enrollment process by aligning their goals with certification programs.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships to help individuals achieve their career milestones.
  • Maintain a high-quality pipeline using HubSpot CRM for activity tracking and forecasting.
  • Stay current on market trends and competitive offerings to maintain a sales advantage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from initial contact to post-enrollment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven sales success, specifically in a high-volume B2C environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding quotas and achieving top-tier performance rankings.
  • Advanced objection handling and closing skills to secure high-value engagements.
  • Strong self-discipline and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, though equivalent professional experience is highly valued.
