What you will do

Serve as the primary client point of contact, leading 1-2 accounts and supporting team members across 4-8 additional clients.
Plan, execute, and optimize omni-channel campaigns across the Google Marketing Platform including DV360, SA360, and CM360.
Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to drive team efficiency.
Troubleshoot technical billing and platform integration issues.
Collaborate with Data Solutions teams to identify upsell opportunities and translate technical data insights into actionable business value.
Codify and share best practices to mentor team members and refine programmatic strategies.

Requirements

1-3+ years of full-time digital optimization experience in programmatic or DSP media buying.
Deep knowledge of Google Marketing Platform tools including DV360 and CM360.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Experience in relationship development and ability to articulate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders.
Must be authorized to work in the United States due to 401k and US-based benefit structure.

Nice to have

Experience with buying PMPs, CTV, YouTube, and other advanced programmatic channels.
Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Ads.
