What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for 4-8 clients while supporting team members across 10-15 accounts.
• Plan and launch omni-channel campaigns across DV360, SA360, and CM360.
• Manage 1-3 direct/indirect reports, overseeing their professional development and performance.
• Identify and execute opportunities for process automation and new product innovation.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and billing support for the media team.
• Bridge the gap between technical capabilities and client business objectives.

Requirements

• 2-4+ years of full-time digital optimization experience in programmatic or DSP media buying.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Strong expertise in DV360, CM360, and general Google Marketing Platform tools.
• Proven ability in analytical tasks using Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience in executive relationship development and high-level business strategy.
• Strong communication skills to articulate technical capabilities to non-technical stakeholders.
