What you will do
- Lead the assessment, selection, and onboarding of new financial partners aligned with the product roadmap.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic financial partners and payment providers.
- Negotiate complex commercial contracts and partnership agreements to support global expansion.
- Track and analyze partner performance metrics to identify growth and optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal Product, Engineering, and Legal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution and product advocacy.
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity to inform partnership strategy.
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of proven experience in fintech or crypto partnerships.
- Established network and deep experience collaborating with industry partners in your region.
- Demonstrated success in structuring and finalizing commercial deals.
- Strong ability to manage complex internal and external stakeholder dependencies in a fast-paced environment.
- Persuasive communication skills for aligning technical, business, and executive teams.
- Proven capability to coordinate complex projects involving multiple teams and deliverables.
