What you will do
- Prospect, negotiate, and close strategic insurer and ecosystem partnerships.
- Own the full partnership lifecycle from initial outreach through onboarding and integration.

- Collaborate with legal, product, and operations teams to accelerate deal finalization.
- Represent the company in high-stakes meetings with partners, regulators, and stakeholders.
- Drive partner productivity and identify cross-sell or optimization opportunities post-launch.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in insurance or fintech.
- Strong commercial negotiation capability and proven track record in partnership management.
- Must be highly self-driven, proactive, and accountable without needing hands-on guidance.
- Ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with tactical execution.
- Familiarity with UK market dynamics and regulatory requirements.
