What you will do

• Define and execute the Business Banking roadmap covering accounts, treasury, payments, and payroll.
• Develop solutions for US-founded startups operating with global teams across fiat and stablecoin rails.
• Partner directly with engineering, infrastructure, and design teams to ship high-impact features.
• Simplify complex compliance and risk management into a founder-first, intuitive UX.
• Build internal tools to optimize onboarding speed and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product experience in fintech or business banking environments.
• Proven track record at high-growth companies similar to Ramp or Brex.
• Technical degree or strong engineering background.
• Hustler or founder DNA with a demonstrated history of taking on complex challenges.
• Bias for action, ruthless prioritization, and high sense of ownership.
